We’ll determine the market value of your property based on a hedonic valuation, a common and accepted method. Being neutral and objective is essential here, as this is the only way to set an achievable selling price. If the price is set too high because the seller has let their emotions influence the valuation, this can often deter potential buyers. Even if the price is subsequently reduced, it can end up being lower than if a realistic price had been set from the start. If you don’t want to lose out, you should avoid this mistake at all costs. We will, of course, be happy to advise you.

Only after we have valued your property do you have to decide whether you want to sell it through us. Bear in mind that we don’t just do all the hard work for you and save you valuable time – our fee can also be offset against any capital gains tax. So you save time, effort AND money.
