For the first seven years, the offices of AZ Immobilien were located on the Rhine islands in Diepoldsau.
In 2019, a decision was then taken to move onto “dry land” in Widnau.
The premises on Bahnhofstrasse 27 were still a shell at this stage and did not having any dividing walls yet. As a result, we enjoyed full flexibility with the fit-out in terms of layout and use of materials.
The result was our convenient, modern and spacious offices: an ideal space in which to receive our valued customers and business partners and pursue our passion, which is all things real-estate-related.

How to find us
Getting here by car
Take the Widnau motorway exit in the direction of Widnau Zentrum/Heerbrugg. At the roundabout (picture 1), take the second exit in the direction of “Nöllen” (picture 2).
Twenty metres further on the left-hand side is the entrance to the underground car park (picture 3) and the customer parking spaces. The board in the underground car park (picture 4) shows the exact location.
Enter building 27 via the blue door. Our office is on the first floor.
Getting here by public transport
From Heerbrugg train station, take the bus in the direction of Hohenems Emspark. The entrance is directly adjacent to the “Widnau Gemeindehaus” bus stop. Our office is on the first floor.
