3.2 Creating a property search profile

On our website, users are given the option of creating a property search profile by filling in a form. The purpose of a property search profile is to inform us of your property search preferences. Which personal data is transmitted when sending the form can be seen in the corresponding input fields.

The personal data collected when creating a property search profile is used exclusively to inform you of suitable properties. The transmitted data can be entered manually into third-party software or imported via an interface. If there are any properties matching the search criteria, we may inform you of these by e-mail, post or telephone. We may also contact you periodically with regard to updating personal data relating to your property search profile. The property search profile can be temporarily deactivated or deleted completely at any time.

You can subscribe to our company’s newsletter by e-mail or by using the corresponding form. If possible, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address before the first newsletter is sent out (double opt-in).
