All members must undergo a rigorous admission procedure and have a proven track record of excellence. Membership is reassessed every four years with a neutral audit by SCREA. This ensures that all members always meet the organisation’s high standards in terms of competencies and professional ethics.

As the political voice and umbrella organisation of the Swiss real estate industry, SVIT’s members benefit from a large network, practical training and well-founded specialist information. All members must commit to preserving the high professional standards of the industry.
HEV Unterrheintal
The Homeowners’ Association (HEV) is an association of home owners and landlords. The association campaigns for the promotion and maintenance of residential property and land ownership. This includes, for example, ownership guarantees, moderate taxation, fees and duties, and economically sustainable regulations.
Diepoldsau Schmitter Trade Association (GHI)
The Diepoldsau Schmitter Trade Association represents the interests of local businesses operating in the areas of crafts, production, commerce and services, as well as freelancers. The association is committed to ensuring that its members are adequately represented towards the authorities. It encourages social interaction between its members, as well as promoting the activities of commercial interest groups.

St.Gallen-Appenzell Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry aims to protect and promote the interests of industrial, commercial and service companies in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Innerrhoden and Ausserrhoden. It advocates a liberal and open market economy vis-à-vis the state and the public, advises and supports its members in relation to regulations on international trading (goods and services) and payments, promotes training and development, as well as encouraging interaction between member companies. It also promotes an understanding of the tasks and problems associated with a market economy among the state, social partners, schools, the media and the public.
