Building plots in attractive locations are rare – including in Eastern Switzerland. If we don’t have anything suitable on our books already, we’ll find the right plot for your project through our extensive network.

Once a suitable plot of land has been found, we can move on to the second and most important step in the development process: in an in-depth analysis, we research the regional and local real estate market, define the requirements and identify any special characteristics. We work closely with you to develop a project that meets the local demand and generates maximum added value. Whether the end result will be an apartment building, a cluster of detached houses or another type of residential property will only become apparent as the process unfolds.

Based on the decision in the previous stage, we then calculate the profitability of the project. We determine the costs as accurately as possible and set a provisional selling price. Our main priority here is to maximise the potential returns for our client.

Shortly before being granted planning permission, we take the first publicity measure: coming up with a catchy and fitting name for our joint project. We then create the project logo, the corporate design and all related advertising material, including tailored and appealing project descriptions, 3D visualisations, drone shots and much more. We thus ensure that your project is perceived as professional and high-quality on all communication channels right from the start. This helps us to sell your property at the highest possible price. 

It goes without saying that we take care of absolutely everything for you, from publishing the ads, to contacting potential buyers, through to holding consultation meetings – so you don’t have to lift a finger.

We take care of everything relating to the transfer of ownership, as well as all other land registry matters. We sign reservation agreements on your behalf, assist buyers with financing issues and coordinate appointments with the land registry or notary.
